I am a proud 1990 graduate of Jennings Senior High.  After graduating from Jennings Senior High, I attended Central Missouri State University, which is now called the University of Central Missouri.  I graduated from Central Missouri State University in 1996 with degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education.  I also earned my master's degree in Education from Lindenwood University.

Experience

I have been working in our wonderful school district at Fairview Elementary since graduating from Central Missouri State University in 1996.  This will be my first year working at Northview Elementary.  I am very exciting to be joining the Northview family.

Bio

I was born in Clarksdale, Mississippi in 1972.  I moved to St. Louis, Missouri at the early age of 2.  I attended several St. Louis public schools until the age of 9. That is when my family moved to Jennings.  I attended and graduated from Northview Elementary, Jennings Jr. High and Jennings Senior High. After high school, I attended and graduated from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri, which about 45 minutes from Kansas City, MO.  I graduated from CMSU in 1996 with a double major, Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education.  While at CMSU, I became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity INC.  In 1996, I completed my student teaching in Jennings at Fairview Elementary.  I worked at Fairview Elementary from then on until this school year (2014-2015).  I am now a proud member of the Northview Elementary staff.
